The greater the span of leadership at the top of companies and boards, the more demanding the leadership responsibility, the more important it is to reflect and grow as a personality. In a discreet circle of people in comparable leadership responsibilities, which we invite personally, we take up challenges of leadership and business.
If possible, the circles meet in the same group several times over a period of time defined by the praticipants. This allows for in-depth discussions and personal exchange in a growing atmosphere of trust.
