The call of the young generation for a more just society and a more authentic way of living is getting louder. What started as protests in the Arab world, has spread to other countries as more and more people make their resentment heard. However, these movements will only be successful if they are able to propose new models instead of attacking systems that are out of date.
This is the starting point for this year’s Future Leaders Forum (FLF). We see the forum as a place for experimentation and a networking platform for potential future leaders who are interested in an international leadership program. With workshops, exercises in mindfulness and Zen meditation, the forum aims at developing the mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence of the participants. The sense of community in the group will encourage them to tackle the global challenges of the 21st century and actively shape the future.
