The Future Leaders Forum (FLF) is a research laboratory as well as a networking platform for young potential leaders of different origins who are interested in an international Leadership Program. During the FLF they reflect the supplementary potential of young men and women for leadership roles and explore new concepts, extract the characteristics of future leadership qualities and identify and expand their horizons for global challanges.

The FLF's broad range of participants from various different countries is one of its outstanding features. Last year, people from Germany, Latvia, France, Israel, Croatia, England, Norway, Ecuador, USA, China, India and Switzerland attended the FLF 2012, called '21st Century's Change Agents'. Another of its significant characteristics is that the FLF's topic is chosen by young leaders which also moderate the conference.

The FLF's topics arise from a number of striking questions: Which kinds of leadership qualities are essential in order to face global challenges? Which kinds of leadership qualities are compatible with the needs of the earth and of humanity? How can the diversity of different cultures contribute to peace and to the benefit of life in its entirety? As an inherent part of Lassalle Institut's seminar program, the FLF will again take place from May 9 - 12, 2013 under the title 'Responsibility'.

Participants' opinion

"The FLF helped me to think about things I wasn't aware of before, for example to identify my greatest gifts and use them in order to contribute to a better world."

"The atmosphere at the FLF was really inspiring. It helped me to realize where I am standing right now. I will keep the good encounters, thoughts and feelings in my heart and my mind when I travel back home to Jerusalem."
