Zen for Leaders - Introduction

Originated from Chinese-Japanese Buddhism, Zen is a spiritual path
with a long tradition. It is a simple and efficient way of meditation which leads the practitioner into a deeper contact with himself or herself and with life in general. Zen meditation, taught by qualified teachers, gives empowerment for responsible action on a personal and professional level and in the context of global society.

The seminar offers an ideal introduction to Zen meditation and
allows looking deeply into ones current professional and private
situation in life. Participants are thoroughly guided into the
experience of silence. In sharing circles they are inspired how to
integrate the Zen practice concretely into their every day life as a
leader.
