Achieving extraordinary results requires solid professional and social competence. Corporations and organizations operating with reference to long-term goals develop a strong feeling of community combined with openness to new ideas and the ability to adapt actively to new situations. This seminar focuses on applying evolutive principles to teamwork, thereby increasing cooperation and co-creative behavior and leaving the obsolete attitude “I win-you lose” behind.
