Why do some projects succeed and others flop? Why do some projects have a motivational effect on participants while others cause frustration? Why do some projects run smoothly and others chaotically?
Based on the «Lassalle-Institut-Modell»® (LIM), which addresses and taps not only mental and emotional, but also spiritual potential, we take a look at core issues of project management including risk management, conflict management, change management and quality management. The seminar explores answers to the questions listed above. Case examples and exchange of experience ensure the link to everyday business practice.
The seminar’s integral approach – combining LIM and project management theory and practice – enables participants to deal with the topic of project management in a more encompassing and creative way.
Lectures will be given in German.
