Ignatius von Loyola (1491-1556), the founder of the Jesuit order, was not only a Christian mystic, but also a remarkable leadership personality. He personally organized the structure and operations of a swiftly growing order in different cultural settings.

What were the central elements of successful leadership in the eyes of Ignatius? What are they today? In a dialogue with business leaders, we discuss key issues and current challenges involved in a spiritually alive leadership culture.
