Sagacious leadership has its roots in the art of leading oneself. In this seminar participants can reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses at a distance from the workplace and thereby improve their leadership competence. Employees’ motivation and efficiency increase in proportion to the effectiveness with which meaning and important interrelationships are communicated. To this end, the different forms of intelligence (mental, emotional and spiritual) are brought into balance. The ability to express appreciation and to resolve conflicts increases and manifests itself clearly and benevolently. The counterpart’s natural response is a feeling of empowerment.
