Symposium and Seminars

The philosophy of the Lassalle-Institut is based on the fact that thinking and experience are linked. Life is interconnected and interdependent. Appropriate action resulting from mindful awareness and good judgment needs to be practiced regularly. Every corporation and institution must have some kind of policy which includes ethics.

When organizing events, the Lassalle-Institut never loses sight of the importance of ethics. The annual international symposium takes up current leadership topics and gives participants a place to look back at the past and forward into the future. The Lassalle-Institut seminars foster ways of developing a holistic consciousness. While the participants work on their personal growth, they will, at the same time, improve the workplace environment as a whole.
