Conflicts arise on the micro, meso and macro levels. If ways of cooperating are not found at an early stage, conflicts escalate and can affect entire organizations, systems and nations. The encounters planned in Jerusalem, this microcosm of human conflict, give participants first-hand experience of diversity as an expression of unity. The encounters are intended to demonstrate that peace is possible wherever differences are allowed to be.
The journey is an integral element of Part III of the course, but can also be booked separately by participants of Parts I and II (see link on the right: Part III – Journey to Jerusalem). A limited number of places have been reserved for participants of the «GEIST & Leadership»® course.
It is possible, in agreement with the seminar leaders, to enrol directly into Part III of the course.
