«Spiritual Coaching» Course
Realizing potential - guiding others in their personal growth based on integral awareness
Coaching is a means of guiding people in their process of personal growth in times of crisis, upheaval or reorientation. As a supplement to traditional courses in coaching, «Spiritual Coaching» integrates human beings’ spiritual potential into the training program and the subsequent practice. People are thus offered guidance in a process of integral transformation that encompasses not only themselves, but also their company, our society, and life on this planet as a whole.
The course curriculum, in line with the «Lassalle-Institut-Modell»®, focuses on three major themes:

Mind and consciousness: There are different structures of consciousness, which are potentially available to human being. The more we recognize and use them, the greater our inner freedom and the possibility of tapping into inner resources.

Matter and organism: Everything that exists in interconnected and subject to constant change. By appreciating this, we foster sustainable personal and entrepreneurial growth.

Evolution and responsibility: Humanity plays a major part in the evolution of our planet. By assuming co-responsibility for the whole, we boost the development of our own potential.
The course lasts three years and can be attended in annual cycles.
Please note that the annual course components (one compact seminar and three extension seminars a year) cannot be booked separately.
Target audience
The course is aimed at people working in the fields of coaching, personnel development or in leadership positions, for example in corporations or organizations, in diversity management or health management.
