Tensions are part of a dynamic, fulfilling life. But when conflicts are not resolved, they impair job satisfaction and the climate at work, tie up resources and ultimately reduce success. This seminar is based on the understanding that conflicts are not only part of life but also part of leadership. In a successful culture of conflict resolution tensions and misunderstandings are recognized promptly, addressed appropriately, and resolved constructively.
