Part II communicates a profound experience of self and of the world and of the implementation of this experience in daily living. Thus Part II expands participants’ understanding of the «Lassalle-Institut-Modell»® (LIM) into areas of practice relevant to corporate culture such as leadership, team development and conflict resolution. Participants select their thematic emphases according to the context of their individual professional education and experience. Each of the three seminars includes a report given by an acknowledged leader based on his/her personal experience.
Based on completed study of the appropriate materials and with the approval of the Institut’s leadership, these «GEIST & Leadership»® Part II three seminars may be attended without having attended Part I.
