Dieter Wartenweiler has been a seminar instructor and lecturer at the Lassalle-Institut since the beginning of 2010. His main focus is on Zen for leaders.

As founder and mentor of intercoaching GmbH, with a branch each in Switzerland and Germany, he has developed courses in management coaching and project coaching and, between 1997 and 2009, was responsible for training a large number of coaches who now work in business and industry. Since 2000, he has been working as a management coach with teams and managers, some of whom are in high executive positions. He held several management positions himself between 1979 and 2000, and has conducted his own psychotherapy and marital counselling practice since 1986. He is also a regular lecturer in the fields of business, psychology and Zen.

Dieter Wartenweiler was invested with the authority of a Zen teacher (sensei) by Niklaus Brantschen in 2010 and given the Dharma name of Kû-Shin (wide spirit).

He is author of several books, including “Männer in den besten Jahren – von der Midlife Crisis zur gereiften Persönlichkeit” (men in their prime – from midlife crisis to mature personality) and “Der Wahre Mensch ohne Rang und Namen – Zen im Westen” (truly human without rank or name – Zen in the West).
