Jan-Dirk Rosche

Seminar Leader «GEIST & Leadership»® Prof. PhD

Jan-Dirk Rosche has been an external seminar leader for the training program «GEIST & Leadership»® since 2005. He works in the field of leadership and organization at Constance, Germany's University of Applied Sciences (technology, business, and design).

He studied business at the University of Munster and received a PhD in democratization of business/business and social ethics. He acquired leadership and consulting experience in the areas of Human Resource Management and in strategic personnel and organization development while working for international chemical and automobile companies. His corporate work is enhanced by additional studies in systematic and desing-oriented consulting, in change management, as well as in carreer consulting. His current work focuses on the areas of "Leadership- Co-Creation" and "Entrepreneurship - Human Capital & Potential".
